Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user's monitor.

Quantity of Purchase

There will be NO minimum purchase or quantity for any order at www.kamicarv.com . You may just purchase at least 1 item / product in order to proceed the online transaction at our website. All prices stated in our website are final, confirmed and non-negotiable unless stated otherwise. In order to use discount code or voucher for your next purchase, there will be a minimum purchase per order and must meet certain requirements as stated individually at our online system.

Newsletter

User shall agree that KAMICARV may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold KAMICARV harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

From time to time, there may be information or contents on www.kamicarv.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please check our “Return and Refund Policy” for more information.

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.kamicarv.com Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.kamicarv.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

 

Processing of Orders

Placement of orders will be dispatched on the next 1-2 working days, between Monday to Thursday only (with the exception of every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and will be delivered after the next 2 working days. From dispatch, transit times may vary depending on freight method selected and your location. If you are unsure about the transit times please phone to confirm with our team. Pick up orders are welcomed and please allow up to 2 working days from start of next working day to pick up the items. Once an order is made and packed, we are unable to add additional item to the order.

Description of Products

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual products may occur.

Delivery Date

The term for Collection/Delivery Date stated in our order form is the estimated date of artworks which will be collected by you or received by the recipient. You are encouraged to make order at least 3 working days (for own pick-up) in advance since the artworks are handmade or  5-10 days delivery your shipment within Malaysia.

For Standard Delivery: As we are using courier service, delivery is NOT available on weekend, public holidays & eve. If any delivery date specified falls on the weekend or during public holiday, it will be delivered and arrived before or later than the date specified.

Delivery Location (Local Delivery)

For Standard Delivery: Delivery is limited to certain areas and NOT available on specific areas such as Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or malls, islands (except stated in the list of available delivery areas), highlands and remote areas.

Payment

Payment will be charged to the credit card whose details were entered at the time of the order. The total that the buyer will be charged can be seen in the shopping cart page or in "total payment” in the payment page. This includes all items listed and includes shipping at the end of the transaction page. Payment by credit card, direct debit card (via ipay88), paypal or Bank Transfer can be accepted at www.kamicarv.com. All payment must be made in FULL in order for us to proceed your order and delivery.

 

Modification of Order

Any individual who submitted the order could not be modified or changed. However, if due to certain unavoidable issue or purpose, customers should inform us any changes of order or details (if any) at least 3 working days before the delivery/collection date as stated during the order. We will NOT take responsibility for any products which already done and/or sent for delivery. If incorrect information is submitted on an order form, KAMICARV will not be held responsible. Before you submit, please ensure that your purchase of products and details are correct before you make the transaction. You may also leave comment or message (if any) at the remark box provided.

Redeem Terms

By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

• www.kamicarv.com promotional codes can only be used on www.kamicarv.com and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site, excluding delivery charges.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted items on www.kamicarv.com, including any other www.kamicarv.com promotional code, in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
• Any promotional code offered at www.kamicarv.com is for 1 time use only.
• Promotional code can be used for single transaction, per order only. Order can be in any amount unless otherwise stated.
• The discount associated with a promotional code is only applied to individual product as stated or to your entire cart (please refer to the specific promotional code terms and conditions), excluding any delivery charges. Promotional codes are unique, come from the combination of different characters, and should be entered on the payment page during checkout for the discount to apply.
• Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for each promotional code setting out any such limits can either be found in the communication you received with the code itself or on the specific promotional code terms and conditions page via the Site.
• Each promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, forwarded or reclaimed.
