However, www.kamicarv.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will deny the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

 

Processing of Orders

Production of your order will commence upon confirmation of payment receipt. The production time depends on the complexity of the artwork and customization requirements, as well as our current design schedule. Generally, the process—including drawing, artwork confirmation, and full manual assembly—takes approximately 14 days to 3 weeks. If you have specific time requirements, please inform us in advance, and we will check our design schedule to accommodate your needs.

 

Description of Products

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual products may occur.

 

Delivery Date

Once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipping to ensure you receive your paper carving artwork as soon as possible. Below are the detailed shipping arrangements:

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Production Time: We typically require 2 to 3 weeks to carefully craft your order.
• Shipping Arrangement: Once production is complete, we will immediately arrange for shipping.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Time

• West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): Delivered via courier services such as GDEX, POSSTORE, etc., usually within 3 to 5 working days.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery may take longer, usually 7 to 14 working days.
• International Shipping: For international orders, we primarily use FedEx or other international courier services. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected FedEx service type. (International shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, as the fees vary based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service type. You may use FedEx’s shipping cost calculator to estimate the shipping fees.)

 

Delivery Location (Local Delivery)

For Standard Delivery: Delivery is limited to certain areas and NOT available on specific areas such as Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or malls, islands (except stated in the list of available delivery areas), highlands and remote areas.

Kindly refer to the delivery information stated on each of the individual product or under the Delivery Info page for more details.

 

Payment

Payment will be charged to the credit card whose details were entered at the time of the order. The total that the buyer will be charged can be seen in the shopping cart page or in "total payment” in the payment page. This includes all items listed and includes shipping at the end of the transaction page. Payment by credit card, direct debit card (via ipay88), PayPal or Bank Transfer can be accepted at www.kamicarv.com. All payments must be made in FULL for us to proceed with your order and delivery.

 

Modification of Order

Any individual who submitted the order could not be modified or changed. However, if due to certain unavoidable issue or purpose, customers should inform us of any changes of order or details (if any) at least 3 working days before the delivery/collection date as stated during the order. We will NOT take responsibility for any products that have already been done and/or sent for delivery. If incorrect information is submitted on an order form, KAMICARV will not be held responsible. Before you submit, please ensure that your purchase of products and details are correct before you make the transaction. You may also leave a comment or message (if any) at the remark box provided.

 

Discount Voucher/Code

Redeem Terms

By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

www.kamicarv.com promotional codes can only be used on www.kamicarv.com and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site, excluding delivery charges.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted items on www.kamicarv.com, including any other www.kamicarv.com promotional code, in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
Any promotional code offered at www.kamicarv.com is for 1 time use only.
Promotional code can be used for a single transaction, per order only. Order can be in any amount unless otherwise stated.
The discount associated with a promotional code is only applied to individual products as stated or to your entire cart (please refer to the specific promotional code terms and conditions), excluding any delivery charges. Promotional codes are unique, come from the combination of different characters, and should be entered on the payment page during checkout for the discount to apply.
Each promotional code will have a limited period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final price.
