Order & Payment
1. Go to 'Cart' and click the 'View Cart' button to check what you have picked in your the cart. Next, click the 'Check Out' button to purchase your order.
2. You will then be entering the ' Member Login' page, you are required to become our member to shop in www.kamicarv.com. If you are a member yet, just login with your email and password. If you are not a member. you can go to 'Sign Up' and become our member to continue your check out process.
3. You need to fill in your shipping address to continue. If you have already filled in your addresss when registering as a member, the form will automatically fill in your address as a defaut shipping address. If you confirm the shipping address is correct, just click 'Continue to shipping' button.
4. Select your shipping method .After that, just click 'Continue to payment' button.
5. Select your payment and billing address. If you confirm all infomation are correct, just click 'Complete order'.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Touch N Go. More payment options will be available in the future also.
You will received an order confirmation via email.

Postage costs vary depending on the location we are shipping to. Please see our shipping information for more details.
We need 4 - 7 working days to prepare the product for your order. We will arrange shipping for your order when it was done.
Delivery and shipping time will base on the address.
Once you have placed an order, we will send a tracking number when we are prepare to shipping or delivery, so you can keep a close eye on delivery company.

KAMICARVE offers credit notes or refunds on all full price purchases from www.kamicarve.com within 20 days of purchase date.
Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, and will then be available to use immediately through our online store and boutiques.

As all our artwork are made mostly from paper,you need to follow order to take care for the product.
1.Do not place in high temperature environment or in direct sunlight.
2. Do not place in rainy, snowy or humid environment.
3. Dust with lint-free cloth or vacuum lightly. Smudges may be removed by gently wiping the frame with a clean damp cloth.
